🎨 Reading Background Colour

Some people find a different background colour more comfortable to read on than white — the same idea as coloured overlays or tinted exercise books some schools use. Try one and see what feels best for you. There's no wrong answer, and you can change back any time.

Honest note: research on coloured backgrounds and reading is actually mixed — they're not a proven fix for dyslexia specifically, but they're completely harmless and some people genuinely find them more comfortable. Worth trying if white feels too bright or "busy" to read.
